Cancellation before Delivery
If your order has not yet been delivered and you would like to cancel your order, contact our customer service team as soon as possible before the day of delivery. You should contact us by both telephone (in order to stop the delivery promptly) and in writing via email to officially cancel the order. However, if your order includes personalised requirements, there is no right to cancel. Please note that if the goods have already been dispatched then charges may apply.
